A modern caravan with a homely interior, sited on a fantastic family holiday park situated in the heart of the Anderby Creek Skegness holiday park, with Anderby Creek Beach only a few minutes walk away, and only a short drive to Skegness beach, an ideal accommodation for a seaside break!

This 3 bed caravan sleeps up-to 8 across 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed.

The kitchen has a full-sized cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, a washing machine, microwave, and a dual-zone air fryer.

The lounge has a TV with Freeview, a double sofa bed, gas fire, and a dining area.

Master bedroom: Double bed wardrobe

Bathroom: Toilet, Sink, Shower.
W/C: Toilet

Central heating and double glazing.

Note that:
- Towels and Linen are not included as standard
- Dogs are welcome, albeit at an extra deposit cost.
- There is parking for 2 cars, however, please consider the weather conditions as this is on the grass.
- Contractors and sign written vehicles are not permitted. 
- Lead booker must be 21 or over at the time of booking, and at least one person staying in the accommodation must be at least 21 years old.

Max occupancy: 8 guests, INCLUSIVE of Children.

You are not required to purchase a Haven Pass in order to stay in this accommodation, however, you will need one if you intend to go to some Haven-park based events.
